About us
STEMIK Sp. z o. o., established in 1990 as a joint venture with mostly German capital, today is a leading producer and exporter of steel production. The very first products of the company were construction connectors, hinges and bolts delivered to a German contractor. Over the years, our company has gained new markets and new contractors, expanding the range of offered steel products and delivering them to customers mainly in Germany, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden and Poland. Most of the production is exported, however, the sales volume in Poland increases significantly every year since the start of the hot-dip galvanizing plant in 2006.
In response to the needs of our clients, we are constantly developing, expanding the range of services offered and employing highly qualified employees, and our development is supported by the use of modern production technologies.
Our services
Hot-dip galvanizing
Hot-dip galvanizing is the best protection of iron and its alloys against corrosion. We specialize in a completely mechanical process of applying a durable coating of the best quality Zinc Scandinavian company BOLIDEN on steel by immersing in a tub measuring 3100mm x 900mm x 2300mm, according to PN-EN ISO 1461. We offer high quality and favorable prices appreciated by our customers.
Gas-shielded welding
To meet the expectations of our clients, we are able to realize welding order of any kind. Welding is performed by semi-automatic welding machines of recognized producers LORCH and KEMPPI in the argon-oxygen mixture shield. The quality of welding connections made by us is confirmed by welding certificates: EXC2 in accordance with EN 1090-2 and PN-EN ISO 3834-2.
Sheet metal working
We offer sheet metal and metal elements treatment, also in large series, thanks to fully automated press lines, feeders and straightening rolls. We work on professional hydraulic and mechanical equipment for cutting and bending flat bars, bars and sheet metal stamping. We have eccentric and hydraulic presses with pressure from 25 to 160 tons, guillotines for cutting sheet metal up to 8mm thick, saws for cutting pipes and profiles, drills, milling machines and lathes.
Production
We produce hundreds of designs of steel fasteners, hinges, fittings and bolts used in construction and fencing. We also carry out over several dozen types of flagpole masts, parking posts, tent herrings, flat and cross-type display bases, steel cassette frames used as guides for wire installations, steel ladders for agricultural silos, steel anchors in many sizes and types of fastening. advertising and sound absorbing constructions and many more. We manufacture steel constructions for applications in storage areas.
Powder coating
The fully automatic painting method ensures high quality and repeatability. We have a special modern Danish and German production line, dedicated to powder painting equipped with modern, top-class powder coating equipment for a selected colour from the RAL palette of own products for export directions. We use high-quality powder paints supplied by renowned manufacturers
